These Terms govern access to and use of Speak with Zubi's website, app, and services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you create an account for a child, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are the child's parent or legal guardian, and will supervise the child's use.

2. Our Service

Speak with Zubi provides playful, AI-powered communication practice and parent-facing progress insights. Features may change as we improve the service.

Speak with Zubi is an educational and developmental tool, not a medical diagnostic, speech-therapy, or clinical service. It does not replace advice from qualified professionals.

3. Acceptable Use

• Provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and with appropriate parental supervision
• Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person's information

4. Intellectual Property

The Zubi name, characters, software, designs, content, and related intellectual property belong to Speak with Zubi or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
